                                    ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                FEBRUARY 7, 2013

1:00 P.M.        Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden and

                        Mark J. Mazur.

1. The board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2013 applications for

exemption for the owners of the following parcels:

            Parcel #           92-40               Clause 41A     Granted

            Parcel #           92-40               Clause 41C      Granted

2. The Board reviewed material from the State Attorney General’s Office

concerning remote participation in Board meetings. The Board decided not

to pursue this matter unless we have trouble maintaining a quorum at our meetings.

3. The Board reviewed and then approved a Request for Proposals for assistance with the updating of our Real Estate assessments for Fiscal Year 2014.

4. The Board reviewed and then approved a Request for Bids for assistance with the updating of our Personal Property assessments for Fiscal Year 2014.

1:30 P.M.        The Board went into Executive Session

1:45 P.M.        The Board returned from their Executive Session and resumed their regular meeting.

5. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2013 applications for abatement for the owners of the following parcels:

6. The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday February 28, 2013.
